1. Research and competitive analysis
When starting a new redesign project, UX and UI expert Piccia Neri begins with the existing site’s analysis and competitors' websites' research.
The goal is to have a list of what is worth keeping, elements that may work or not work on the new version of the site, and ideas for features that could be implemented — while always keeping an eye on UX best practices for accessibility and functionality.
