Phase 1: Discovery
Dig deep into the process and logic of user experience during discovery. Take some time to discover the key information that will drive your design strategy.
Phase 2: strategy
Put the detailed feature discussions on hold and brainstorm possible solutions to your customer’s pain points. During the Strategy phase, your mantra is UX, not UI.
Phase 3: Design
Discovery and Strategy only account for 20% of the process. The bulk of your time will be spent wireframing, testing, and refining designs — until launch day!
