I’ve been retrieving a backup of our old projects (archived and active projects).
Let me know if we can make use of your kind offer * Offer you a 6-month extended trial on Balsamiq Cloud, starting on 1Dec.
And after the trial period engage with your ‘basic’ program.
What actions should we do to guarantee smooth transitions and ensure that old projects can be accessed on ‘new my Balsamiq’?

If you're the site owner, you likely already received an email from me with steps. If you still have remaining time on the old myBalsamiq subscription, I'd be happy to issue a partial refund and close the account for you. Hello,
I have just been charged for an annual subscription which ends in July 2021. So I was wondering how do you deal with situations like mine when the subscription has been paid fully and the software ends 7months before it expires?
I hope there is a fair solution for it.

In reply to Tamas. Hey Tamas, If the projects are a few years old, it's unlikely we still have them. However, if have the site owner email us (support@balsamiq.com), we can look into it more deeply.

Hi there,

We have some old projects on our mybalsamiq account from a few years back – does this mean all project files have now been deleted?

If not, does creating a new account on balsamiq using our previous email address migrate our old projects over?
